The Ripe Long Black color bananas are Moira Banana which is found only in Mapusa as Moira village is close to Mapusa. These Banana are used to make Banana Halva in Ghee and also eaten Rava Fried during Ganesh Chaturthi. Mapusa is my hometown and I live and work in LA USA since year 2007. My Father and 7 uncles own shops in Mapusa Market. After School in Evening I use to go to my Dad's shop to help him. In your video I also can see my Dad's Shop. Thanks for showing my Mapusa.
