I feel like Sinister Gaze is like Dismember, a channeled disable that pulls enemy toward you, only that it doesn't pierce spell immunity or deal damage.

@Dennis The Tall Forgot to mention that in Dota1 there will only be one Chain Frost "ball of Death" at any point of time means Chain Frost -> Refresher -> Chain Frost does give 2 chain frost
