Honestly ASMR helped me in the same way 7 years ago when I was working to overcome anxiety. I heavily credit it with bringing my stress levels way down
ASMR videos are mostly made for sleep-time, but I watch them almost exclusively in the early morning because that's the only time I feel tingles. I've often wondered how many people are like me. Regardless-thank you for this. It's absolutely lovely.

Same here! I’ve been watching asmr for so long that it doesn’t make me fall asleep anymore. I watch it to relax now. I love getting up before the kids with a nice cup of tea and watching asmr ❤️

I get extreme anxiety in the mornings so ASMR usually helps me in the mornings. Some nights I can't feel tingles because of how stressed I am. But I usually listen & watch ASMR right away in the morning and right before bed.
I feel more intense tingles when I'm tired so usually in the afternoon/evening... but sometimes it's comforting background noise during other times of day, as well!
My God I never felt so much love and peace thru the ether/internet. She is just the most flawless ASMR artist on planet Earth 😭😭😭

I’m 20, English, and I broke my leg in two places on Christmas Day! Had to have an operation (my first) and I’ve spent the past few days really scared in hosp without my mum being allowed to visit to give me a hug because of covid :( your videos have been a lovely focus for me to try to watch while I push through and wait for morphine to kick in!!💛

I watch it every single night to fall asleep. I'm addicted to it, maybe one day I'll start trying to sleep without earphones, but for now... it's impossible. I really can't sleep otherwise, even if I'm dog tired from work.

@@deannacarden9163 i do that to ! you can buy some sleep headphone on amazon they are flat and you can rest on them and sleep for 20 bucks. i have a pair of these it works great

I feel like this is the perfect one to play the morning of the New Year.
some asmr videos make me feel like i'm paralyzed or in some sort of coma, unable to move or talk, and the asmr-ladies are just trying to wake me up by pampering and role-playing for me everyday.
I love this morning ASMR so much. I listen to it often to help me get in a good mindset for the day. I would love another morning ASMR if possible, Emma. But if that’s not in your plans for now, I will gladly continue to watch this one!
*I wish I could figure out a way to set Emma’s videos as my alarm clock in the morning. It would set such a nice vibe to my day to be woken up so sweetly..: although I may just fall back to sleep*
you can. download an mp3 converter and then paste the link of the video u want into the app or however they ask you to do it. it will take that video and turn it into an audio file. you can then select your own sound for your alarm and as long as you have it in the right place you will be able to select the file you converted.
I really appreciate when ASMRtists make wake up videos! ASMR has had such a positive impact on my anxiety and this is such a wonderful thing to wake up to. Thank you Emma!

I SOOOO need to save this for a day when I have to wake up early for doctor's appointments so I can have something calming while I go about morning stuff. I'm /always/ on edge in mornings, especially those types of mornings. Its hard for me to enjoy ASMR telling me to sleep while I get ready for the day. So many prompts too like reminding me about opening the curtains, this is genius thank you 💙💙
