Sorry this is late but never buy the epic potential scroll and bpot scroll. They are way to expensive in terms of coin cost. There are a lot of ways to get epot scrolls. I would recommend trying to coin cap on a second character for the 17* scroll as your main character needs as many coins as possible for items that are untradeable.
I made a new char on reboot. Would the epic potentials be my priority?
