1st ever? I have a picture having a tomahawk cut when i was young. I think it was during the 90s when carabao meat are mostly used instead of beef.. as i remember the goverment promotes the use of carabao meat, cheese, and leather at that time..

Most Filipino beef comes from India and Bangladesh. It's mostly water buffalo and generally poor quality which is probably why there aren't any truly opulent Filipino beef dishes then again, most of their food isn't very good.
One of the best vlog featuring Filipino culture. Wish you more followers and views.

The local beef isn’t that good so carabao has replaced most of our beef when cooking 😋
There is a Carabao Center in Ubay, Bohol. The Carabao milk is tasty, not sure how healthy.
