Thanks for putting this out here. I was all set to take off the front bumper. Don’t take this badly but I followed your advice so far and then saw that only two bolts hold the headlight in place, so once you remove the headlight, it’s really simple.
@@craigrutt358 yes, I managed to replace the hood latch without having to take off my entire bumper (which you saw is a huge process). Just watch this video and you will see it's so much more simple to do what this fellow did to replace it by working around the hesdlight. Only took me anout half an hour! Good luck.
Easier to take the headlight unit out and go in from the side. Thanks for posting.
THANK YOU ! so hard to find a video for the hood latch on the lr2. All the other videos have newer models where the bumper is easy to take off.
