I like the look of this jacket and happy to support market disruptors. My biggest concern would be that this company seems to go out of their way to avoid being contacted. Believe it or not there are people who are not on Facebook or Instagram. Going to take a pass and look at other alternatives.
just received mine, very pleased with the jacket, not tested the waterproof qualities yet but living in Wales that won't be a problem. This coat is not a deep wading jacket but for normal waist + wading it should be fine. I ordered a XXL it fits over a shirt and a fleece fine (I am 6 foot and a chunky 16+ stone fella) if I was being really picky I would have liked an XXXL option so I could put a waistcoat underneath but hey ho it's an incentive to slim.
Hi, yes jacket has performed well, kept the water out which other more expensive coats I've owned haven't so it's well worth the money. Also have bought the Scierra Taslan waders, again great value for money and perform great.

well, you still get a bit sweaty depending on how far you are away from your fishing, but I would rather good water resistance than breathability, but that's why your not paying £700 for a Simms Gore-Tex coat :)

Well if im honest it was great but on a last fishing trip under heavy rain the seams leaked and my arms got soaked. I have bought Aquaseal to put on the seams as I do love the jacket and until this point has not let me down.
Well, I had this jacket for over a year now and it was a complete waste of money.. Seam tape had just peel off from the inside, 2 seams around the neck are not taped at all anymore and of course the jacket leaks even in a light rain.. Save the money and buy a proper hard-shell instead.
@@henningerflats Peter is right. After 1 month use (about 3 trips) all seams unstuck. Shop changed it to Shimano Advance Rain jacket. We will see how it holds, but feels much better on my body 🙂
Bought this jacket from Fishing Tackle and Bait and the phone cover was absent from the package. After numerous emails they said they had contacted Scierra about the missing item and they would get in touch with me. Fishing Tackle and Bait now ignoring my emails and Scierra also have never been in touch. Very poor customer service. Why advertise a product with the jacket and never check to see if it has been included.
