The rampage is hacking I've seen it before. I once had a khaimera kill our inhibitor from his own base.
I didnt record it, but once a kalari was about to warp back to base, and I leaped at him/her with kaimera, but he/she was 1 sec to go back... I was at full health and once I touched him/her, I died... I'm guessing he/she teleported with me and I teleported behind all the towers+inhibitors... lol XD
The first rampage wasn't hacks because rampage had no health left and bélicas mana thing shot him and killed him. The cross map kill is a bug. It happened to me.

Am I the only one who thinks the new movement speed update is bull sht
The only issue I have is now you can't back out from a lane if there is an opponent (even if you've pushed lane all the way) due to how long it takes to get back.
The overall speed nerf I get, but they should make the space for the side lanes a bit longer.
At least for blue lane (since usually Red lane has 2 players)
The jungler already has enough on his plate and now they have to actively protect lanes when someone backs.
