There is a back feeding into the meter and back feeding do cause negative on the meter. You need to buy energy token to clear the negative and call the prepaid meter company to check for further resolution.
@Adewale, there is problem because it is impossible for meter to show spanner and still supply. The meter is definitely malfunctioning (free supply). Pls contact NEPA office to investigate.
Hello Otoabasi, there is nothing you can do but to visit Nepa office around you. Tell them that your meter is on tamper mode. The spanner means your meter is on tamper mode.
