At that time i started cardio and healthy diet without any Gym. 1 lose more than 16 kg within 4 months. Now i had lost around 19 KG. Same question from people- are you sick? do you got any disease?. But it is really hard to do it. Yes.
It would have been really inspiring to see her before and after pictures as part of her presentation. Her story is already very motivating for most people but some pictures could really add a lot to it.

I was 62 kg i got hated in school, i had no friend because I was fat 😑💔 and now I am 46 kg but what makes me fear is putting on the same weight, i fear of getting weight so i don't eat the food i love since past so many years, my question is why was i judge by my body not by my inner soul? But I wish I had that old body back 😭😑 but people scared me 💔😭
