God i hope we get a sequel to last Assassinorum novel. Robert Rath is insanley good and that was on of the best 40k novels period
I remember a story that during the second world war messages were sent in Welsh because it was believed the Germans had no way of reading Celtic.
The English definitely can’t without help and we share an island with them , so that seems a pretty safe assumption haha
The latest Cypher book actually was a lot about the Officio.
There's an old movie from the 80s called Pascali's Island that, with a little imagination, feels like it could be taking place on a backwater world in the Imperium. All lies and theft and espionage and treachery, without an Astartes in sight.

Now knowing this, I just want The Alpha Legion using this system in a story line

Operates in secrecy, yeah the celestial lions, black templars, and emperor's spears chapters would disagree with that after what happened between them and the assasinorum.
Given the more recent siege of Terra novels, would be nice to revisit a ranking of best primary 1v1 fights

Interesting. We dont hear much of the assasinorum much. There is alot of intrigue to be had to be sure. One of the best way to hide messages is to blend in with others. Become average.
The Officio Assassinorum, something the High Lords to be very wary. As was amply demonstrated when Guilliman launched the Indomitus crusade! Beware the darkness, High Lord! One particular story was an Assassinorum team went after a Rogue Psycher of the Crimson Slaughter. One of assassin temple, something only the gravest threat would require.
I think of wrath of iron and the assassin working its way into the enemy’s stronghold
It would not surprise me if the Inquisition has similar capabilities.

I’m no expert but I have been reading the lore for the last 20 years and have over 150+ books so them just telling me it’s always been this way is such a slap to the face of all fans……

@@nathangillispie51 Sometimes people get caught in the crossfire. I am less of an absolutist regarding Rho and other lore channels, but if you are indeed going pure boycot, then yes, it makes sense to boycott it all.
