Another little girl😊 I listened to this video and a bunch of your other videos my entire labour, my contractions started at around 6pm and I delivered her myself on my sofa at 10:48pm 💪. I can't put into words how much your encouraging words and videos helped me and successfully assisted in the calm and gentle birth I wanted/needed. Thank you 🤗

I don't currently have any tracks for women birthing alone but this is a great idea and definitely something I can create to help. How many weeks pregnant are you? It could take me a few weeks to create something for you. What do you need? Affirmations for birth? X

@@HypnobirthingWithAnjaIt would be wonderful if you could make a solo version of the free birth! There are many mothers that won’t have their partner or don’t have a partner to have this experience with. Appreciate all you do ❤
