This song is so good Live. Vessel really gets into the deep growls and completely elevates the song. He's a helluva performer. Not only is he a genius, he's got the talent to back it up. I'm seeing them May 6th with my daughter, taking her to her first concert. She introduced them to me with the Summoning and I've devoured everything I could by them. They truly are a band that knows how to "elevate your happy"😅. The more you listen the better they get.... probably that parasite you spoke of 😅😂. Im so stoked to see this band live because every video I've stalked on UA-cam has just made me love them more. I hope you guys do the deep dive and start from the beginning. Each song is like a chapter in a book and each album is a book in a series. There is an underlying story that goes all the way through the Eden album to Euclid. When you listen to Euclid, there are several callbacks to their earlier songs that make it hit harder if you've listened to their whole discography. So save Euclid for last 😊. Enjoyed your reaction. I love all of the little extra touches in Sleep Token's music. It's not a very good analogy but it's like a mystery novel/tv show. Where you'll go back and catch a new detail every time. Like the breathy growl/screech in this one panning from the left ear to the right ear. It's just so good. As far as his voice it's difficult to say which is his best. He shows his range off differently in every song, but there's a really beautiful live video of 'Missing Limbs' (which you haven't heard yet) in Glasgow 14/11/21 from a UA-camr called Chris Cowley. Just Vessel & a guitar.
I’m always blown away by his vocal abilities on the song Vore off Take Me Back to Eden. It really just showcases the wide range of vocal styles he has mastered. You should also check out some songs off their first album, Sundowning. Take Aim and the Offerering are just *chef’s kiss* vocally!
