I used to play this when I worked at a college radio station. It always made me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. God, I'd give anything to work in radio again...
I remember the first time I heard this song... And how miraculously perfect the timing continued to be every time after, that as I started driving home from all-nighters Ubering to every conceivable suburb, side-street and far off city around Denver, my favorite part of the whole day and night would be the moment that Golden spec became a thin band of light across the horizon's endless stretch, against a silent black 5am sky.... And there I was, utterly sleep deprived and still fighting to call it, while the lines on the road blurred and still somehow kept time, this song would play--like clockwork--and it was all over. Crank the dial, windows down, foot on gas, deep exhale....just aiming towards the light 👌🏻Too perfect. Thank God for MMJ 🎶🌄🚗😎
I was on a Midwest tour with my band small clubs and I had this disc with me, every word of this song just rang true and gave so much joy everytime I listened, seemed to connect the dots and how relatable it was for me. Music is special and can bring us all together!
The emotions this tune brings go deep into the soul, no matter how things might be, one finds a way to get up and live. Thank you for creating this timeless masterpiece! 💜❤️
Because this song truly is Golden, I wanted to share about my feeling the choice for key of F-major, which I feel is, like the Baroque Pastorals, a green, very open sound. The greens of F and F# are often about transition (whether as physical or spiritual change). He sings "Feeling in my bones I've never felt before." This is a band (and voice) that more people should know about.
This is a fantastic song that feels like a throwback to an earlier time. The video wears on you looking at that bear for such a long period. That's a minor complaint, however.
It comes from their album It Still Moves. The bear is in the cover of the album. If you haven't heard the album before I suggest you do. Wonderful music.

ok
The only shot you're garanteed to miss is the one you don't take. "it's a big big world now, you gotta get what you want!"
Hope your working in radio again
Go do it brother!
I herd this song while hiking beautiful.I was never the same
Another timeless piece for my 'forever' collection. It never gets old & always makes me smile.
Brilliant tune, one of my all time favorites!

This song makes me happy when im happy, and reflective when Im sad. Doesnt get any better
Watchin' a stretch of road
Miles of light explode
Driftin' off a thing I'd never done before
Watchin' a crowd roll in
Out go the lights it begins
A feelin' in my bones I never felt before
Mmh, people always told me
That bars are dark and lonely
And talk is often cheap and filled with air
Sure sometimes they thrill me
But nothin' could ever chill me
Like the way they make the time just disappear
Feelin' you here again
Hot on my skin again
Feelin good a thing I'd never known before
What does it mean to feel? Millions of dreams come real
A feelin' in my soul I'd never felt before, mmh
And you you always told me
No matter how long it holds me
If it falls apart
Or makes us millionaire
You'll be right here forever
We'll go thru this thing together
And on heaven's golden shore we'll lay our heads

What an improvement over the original mix!
cuales son las diferencias con el Original Mix?
0:53 es magnífica
Does it get any better than this?
Doesn't get any purer than soul. It's one of my favorite songs.
i am in the sky
