This might sound weird but I was watching Black Swan and I noticed that many of the dancers did not wear padded or heavy bras, if any at all. Do leotards come with build in bras or is it better not to wear one?
Plant Powered Rebellion I personally don't wear one. They have some lining and some are tight enough in the boobage area to keep them from flopping everywhere.

Plant Powered Rebellion yep!!--- there's no need to wear one. some people are afraid of nipping or whatever but... it's 2017... free the dang nipple. lol. nobody really cares. they do make some leotards with built in support though if you have a larger bust! ;)

Agave has been found to be worse than corn syrup. There are alot of other options though. Do you eat gluten? I used to get that exhaustion after eating anything with gluten, I felt like I could just lay down and fall asleep. I gave it up and it changed my life :)
