Great job covering the Alaska Zoo! Also, fun fact: The three Black Bears that live at my home zoo, Binder Park, were orphaned in Alaska and briefly lived at the Alaska Zoo, so they might have stayed in that same Orphan Facility depending on how long it's been around.
That's actually really cool! You're probably right that they stayed at the orphan center, it looks like it's been around for a while, but it's functional, and that's what counts. It would be a really cool story to follow up with if I ever visit Binder Park.
I’m so glad you got to talk about snow leopards, brown bears, coyotes, caribou and especially mountain goats. I also loved the footage of the snow leopard meowing. I would love to visit this zoo someday because of how many lesser known animals there are. What animal were you the most excited to see?

So far this is the only zoo I've seen to have Musk Ox, and I also enjoyed filming the wolverine kits from part 1.
@@TheVirtualZoo Awesome! I also noticed the zoo has had a decline in species. Are there any other animals that the Alaska Zoo has lost or phased out?
Other than the ones mentioned in the tours, there are no other species I can think of
@@TheVirtualZoo I understand. By the way, what will your next tour be?
