@@theghostreckon316 funny thing is…if RVD was an NXT talent coming up today, HHH would probably be a big supporter…probably because he’s retired and wouldn’t see him as competition

Rvd is a once in a generation talent. He may not be known for his mic work but what he did in that ring was and is special. He brought a whole new level of athleticism to wrestling and a whole new style which changed wrestling forever cuz the guys who came after him took his style and built on top of it. I remember the days when wrestling was just body slams, close lines and leg drops. Rvd was one of the guys who changed that and helped wrestling evolve. His match with Jack Perry was a banger too. seriously who doesn't love rvd?
RVD definitely gave Jeff his best matches if you ask me, I mean ofc Jeff was no slouch in the ring but when he mixed it up with rob it really elevated him
I remember when RVD came in and immediately worked with Hardy and beat him. I was loving it! Back then I was always rooting for the Alliance and wanted to see RVD own Jeff which he kinda did 😄😄😄. I wasn't buying Jeff as a singles wrestler and I never truly did fully buy into his singles career
I love how we had a few high flyers back in the day and it would be awesome to watch them face one another but its different nowadays since mostly everyone does flippy high spots.(I'm not talking down on mordern high flyers or companies)
So by your question your not an rvd fan your a wwe fan because why didnt you ask him about jerry lynn that was pwi match of the year in 99 jeff jardy rvd matches were good rvd jerry lynn matches were legendary
I became a fan around the time RVD was becoming the face of ECW during its revival. And Jeff came back a little later after his hiatus. I wish I watched back when these two matched up
The swanton bomb from the ladder onto rvd (who moved) while the table was placed vertically was the most insane crash I have ever seen, to this day Jeff says it was his most painful bump. You can see how badly it hurt and damaged Jeff as RVD even stops the match and helps. I forget exactly what show it was but I’m pretty sure it wasnt a PPV.
Jerry Lynn was RVD's best series in my opinion. Never understood why he never had a longer series with Eddie Guerrero. Only had one amazing ladder match.
Hit that subscribe button with a Swanton!
Id rather hit it with a 5 star frog splash
Van-Damminator! 😊
How?
The matches that RVD and Jeff Hardy had in 2001 were insane.
SummerSlam 2001 and the Invasion PPV. Good times.
RVD and Sabu back in the old ECW days had better matches
We might see one in 2023.
@@bleekskaduwee6762we all know that. Your point being?
@@foreverrockinout and what it your point

Its way better than what we got now

100% an impression of trips at the end there
It’s so funny knowing how jealous triple h was of RVD, especially in that 2002 promo were his anger doesn’t look like acting 😂

Hhh isn't as bad as people say........taker likes him and that's the bar for me.
Rob explained this absolutely PERFECTLY. This is a great interview and he’s a solid guy, a straight legend!
Jeff and RVd were my top stars in my opinion
I mean it’s common knowledge
Amazing that you found exactly the scene he was describing! Great research!
“We love pot”
xD check rvd's you shoot interview
In other words Jeff and RVD have a common passion for what they do

I always loved how RVD ran in the ring with those little baby steps😂 Always made it look like the ring was wider than it really was
Watch RVD vs Jeff Invasion 2001, and RVD vs Jeff Summerslam 2001. Those two matches were insane .
RVD was awesome 👏
Would love RVD vs Jeff in aew
Or as a team! 👊
I got to see these two have a match at a house show back in 2001. It was awesome.
RVD may very well be the most chill wrestler ever. I know he gets high a LOT, but he also just seems to have a natural chillness to himself too.
Exactly how I would imagine Jeff hearing a cool spot
MethHardy and RWeedD should've been a tag team.
"We're like minded in what we think is cool"
🚬
We need a rematch RVDvsJEFFHARDY AEW STYLE
Idk what “AEW style” implies lol but YES!
@@Ridley_Lockhart go rewatch Jeff’s match with Darby allin That’s what i consider Aew style cuz WWE AINT LETTING THAT SHIT HAPPEN
They had some truly crazy matches
Smoke a spliff and plan the match out
Rvd and Jeff dude got to love it 🐐
Jeff and Rob always had bangers 🔥
Came here for the high flying comments
It's true, their matches in TNA were usually quite good as well.
Those guys were having better matches than anyone else on the card and got told to slow it down.
The matches RVD had with Jerry Lynn were by far his best.
I think him and Jeff and Jerry Lynn were the best matches. I kinda think him and Jerry Lynn were on the same wavelength too.

I really wished they could've mainevented WM together for a belt, like Jeff and Edge. Wouldve been a goated TLC or Extreme rules match
Jeffrey wrestling in wife beater back in the day is classic 😂😂😂

This why he talks so much shit on Cm Punk so much. He’s besties with Jeff “high on my on supply” Hardy
That leg drop actually looked kinda painful. Like it'd mess up your spine.
Remembered when RVD gave Hardy a van-damintor in INVASION PPV
Jeff
Jerry Lynn
Benoit
He had great chemistry in creating specific matches with those 3
Rob Smoked Weed.
Jeff Graduated From Weed.
What he says - "We're like minded in what we think is cool about a match."
What he means - "We burn some rope and figure it out."
Hey , can you do an interview with Jeff Hardy , he's been a favourite ever since I started watching WWE
😂loved the quick dig before running to the ropes 😂❤
one smokes weed and one have booze , very like minded, both are HIGH AF flyers
Jeff hardy or rvd could have a good match with a mannequin
Why do I feel like they where passing a blunt back and forth when planning their matches? Lol
Those two came together like sodium and chlorine.
RVD is cool cause he’s real! Not some jabroni that thinks he’s more.
Rvd was so light on his feet so super fast dude doesnt get enough respect for what he brought to the ring.
This is what happens when two stoners get to just think of cool shit to do 😂
So uhm so uhm y’all smoke a joint together huh
His " Yeah, yeah we could do that. " sounds like Chris Jericho
solid Hunter impression 😂😂🤟🏼
RVD and Jeff Hardy should have had a short run as tag champs
There basically the same person
ALSO ANOTHER GREAT MATCH - RVD VS. JERRY LYNN!!!
They're both crazy, that's how it worked
RVD and Jeff Hardy were the epitome of 'cool'.
I’ll never forget the first time I saw them wrestle.
Lmao triple h impression 😂
They are both HIGH flyers on and off the ring
Was that suppose to be Shawn Michael at the end? 😅
He worked Best With Jerry Lynn.💁
Both are High Flyers 🚬
Short answer: marihuana
That sat it over with a joint in hand
Legendary matches
I've got the same shirt in red.

High flyers ! Duhhhh
Not shocked at all

Both are high
I feel like Jeff was always willing to put RVD over and make it look great too. I would have liked to see it the other way too

I'm surprised that they never had a tag team opportunity

I truly enjoyed watching rvd and Jeff Hardy. Those inspired me to be a dare devil. I love both them. They would be great tag team partners
See with RVD it's give me five minutes let me get creative
As soon as that invasion happened and the fantasy match ups were being thought of, alot of fans were excited to see RVD v Jeff
It’s makes me sad Jeff can’t stay off the drugs easily my favorite wrestler
Seen as though he's working at aew I think a match would be great between the 2
Seeing these two were a treat, only good thing that came out of the invasion.
I remember that spot and thought it was cool.
SummerSlam 2001 my only ppv and that match was wild!
Can we get Jeff Hardy Vs RVD these days? That would be a throwback 😁
This was always a must watch TV or PPV match. Both of them having Top Rope Finishing Moves also helped.
Two of the most popular men to ever do it
RVD IS A LEGEND MAN, you can tell when he’s hurt for real cause his face goes into rage mode lol
UA-cam sucks.
Just like your mom.

He had like three matches with Eddie. Two PPV matches and the ladder match
@@irvinmorales1409 What PPVs? I can't find them?
Nothing to do with they were probs both higj as a fucking kite 😂😂😂
The whole f’n show
They always had 5 star matches. Invasion, summerslam, this random raw ladder match. These two are legends.
Jeff Hardy-Har-Har, as my dad used to say. Even long after it stopped being funny. 😅
