Yes lemon grass grow so fast and have a lot of leaves. And also I cannot plant it on neighbours land. It will not grow well there because really wild trees grow there. So the best I think to clean the wild trees beside the fence.

I see many subscribers told me that is the Cobra. So that snake was able to up with her head about 30 cm trying to climb to the door.. but it head was so small, it didn’t look like a Cobra or King Cobra. So anyway, any snake is no good on our backyard.
You are lucky you are not in Australia at least most snakes in the Philippines are cobra and python because here in Australia even in the city there are snakes and Australia has too many venomous snakes. I am also scared of snakes. They said if you plant lemon grass in the surrounding of your property and there’s another plant in the Philippines that if you also plant near the fence it will ward off snakes. You ask any locals they know about that plant. My grandmother used to have lots of flowers surrounding her property like a fence and she told me there was a certain kind of plant she planted on her fence to keep away snakes. You should have first aid kit be prepared it might come back again. If you are fond of dogs as a pet they are good security detail when they notice a snake they will keep on barking also because you are alone with two kids a dog will keep burglars away or any uninvited visitors human beings or snakes. It is better to be prepared than be sorry for not making yourself and kids safe at home. There are good hearted Filipinos but there are also bad ones especially if they knew you have no guy at home to protect you. Don’t trust too much be safe especially you have 2 little ones. I am just concern about your safety now that drug addicts are back again because the one in power in Imperial Manila does not care about ordinary people or citizens being victims of drug addicts. When the power that is expected to eliminate drug lords is actually protecting these drug lords then one needs to be vigilant and don’t trust too much. Though when I was in Davao processing my papers I used to travel early morning and it was safe because those were the days that the Duterte’s are in power in Davao that Davao was safer than Manila. But nowadays the people in Manila want to destroy the good image of Davao being much safer than any other places in the whole of the Philippines.

Tell your friend to just fry some eggplant for you and stir fry some kangkong or make some adobo kangkong and serve you some rice.. instead of serving you that bland potato soup. Can also roast some eggplant, remove the skin then add some slice tomatoes and some soy sauce. That would be a quick preparation. Seems like they don't know anything about vegetables. Sorry to say. Anyway she is a nice friend of yours. Thanks that you have someone who has a place for you to stay whenever you are in the city.
