How do you smooth out all the fuzzy wood chip looking parts? Do you have to sand them by hand or is it actually smooth after the cut from the saw?

Haha yeah I have to hand sand it smooth for small stuff like this using small files. Sanding always takes more time than making especially for small letters like this.
