But people don't know how it feels to be goalkeepers and how hard they work and barely and rarely any of them get nominated. Also Goalkeepers are the one that save mistakes. People talk about defenders more than goalkeepers. Let's not also forget how yeah they do say ''Great save'' ''Great work'' 1 mistake and the keeper is trash and garbage. Defending is not underrated nor overrated.

Ramos isn't a good defender anymore, he either scores headers, breaks your legs or gives a penalty away. But still decent. Pepe is decent but getting old and losing his touch, pace, and tackling. Varane is a good defender, but Real Madrid doesn't have the best defenders in the world, but some of them were past best defenders.

I'm a Real Madrid fan but all I saw in this video for the most part was undisciplined defenders who got caught out of position. A great defender is the one you hardly notice because he makes it effortless.
A defenders highlights should be unspectacular. If you want evidence look at Thiago Silva when he was with Milan.

Daniel Martinez you clearly have never carefully watched the defence in a match its not always about them making mistakes. They could end up in a 2v1 or having to take other ppls unmarked players or having to make a goalline clearance
