If filter converts hard water into soft water then no need to use descaling solution. Basically, you can clean the drum without a cleaning agent when you use the ECO DRUM CLEAN cycle. But if you see scaling on drum due to hard water then use descaling solution.
Glad you liked it. Powder detergent is good for mud stains and ground-in dirt. Liquid laundry detergent works well on grease stains. Liquid Detergent dissolves better than powders at lower temperatures, but it is not a concern for me because of Eco Bubble Technology. I prefer washing powder, because its cheaper and dissolves easily in Samsung Eco Bubble Washing Machine. You can use either of the two, both are good.

No Sir, I hadn't used any soap or chemical during drum cleaning. And my machine's instructions manual advice not to use any cleaning agent. Check your washing machine's instructions manual and use cleaning agent only if it is written there. I suggest not to use any kind of cleaning agent.

For pump filter/Debris Filter follow these steps: To begin, open the pump filter access panel by pressing on the cover. Locate the rubber drain hose and prepare to drain the water. You will need a towel and a container large enough for the amount of water in the washer, like an oil drain pan. Remove the cap from the drain hose by holding the hose and twisting the cap. The cap can be tough to remove because it forms an airtight seal, so make sure to use a little elbow grease. Once the cap is removed, drain the water. Once all the water is drained, remove the washer pump filter by twisting it counter-clockwise. Note: On some Samsung washers, the washer pump filter is similar to the cap on a medicine bottle. Push in and twist to remove. Remove and clean the washer pump filter Using a small toothbrush or other similar soft bristle brush, wash any dirt or other materials from the pump filter. Inspect the drain pump impeller located inside the pump filter housing to make sure it is clean. Once the pump filter is clean, reinsert it and twist it clockwise until it's secured in the vertical position. Place the drain hose's cap firmly back onto the drain hose and secure the drain hose in the mounted clip before closing the access panel.
Haan sir mai to Detergent powder hi use karta hu washing ke samay. Aap bhi detergent powder use kar sakte ho. Front load washing machine wala hi detergent powder kharidna. Eco Drum Clean ke samay koi bhi detergent nhi use karna hai.
For removing tough stains & soils powder detergent is better than liquid detergent. Liquid detergents are better than powder detergents for a wash in untreated hard water. You can still use a powder detergent in hard water, but a larger quantity of the powder would be needed to get the same result you can achieve with a liquid laundry detergent. For normal water powder detergent is better because it's cheaper than liquid water and works well.
Quick wash me har tarah ke kapde dho sakte hain. Par unka weight 2 kg se kam ho aur kapde jyada gande na ho, gande kapde saaf nhi honge. Aur quick wash program me jyada detergent bhi use nhi karna h(20g for powder 20 ml for liquid detergent, not more than that).

Samsung Top load washing machine me eco tub clean notification har 21 wash ke bad aata hai. Ye bilkul normal h ki apko 20 din bad notification milta hai. Aur Eco Tub Clean karte samay koi bhi powder use nhi karna h. Aap apne washing machine ka manual check kare usme detail diya hua h.

And yes Eco-bubble technology is beneficial for you because due to Eco-bubble soap dissolves easily in water and provides better cleaning, ang there are Ecowash and Super Ecowash cycle options are also present which reduces power consumption with good cleaning.

Check your washing machine's manual. My model is also eco bubble technology model. And in the manual it is written that not to use any descaler. So check your washing machine's manual.
Ek sachet ko kholkar pura washing drum me daal dijiye, uske bad empty drum ko hi 15 min ki ke chala dijiye ya quick wash cycle chala dijiye. Drum clean ho jayega

No Sir, I hadn't used any soap or chemical during drum cleaning. And my machine's instructions manual advice not to use any cleaning agent. Check your washing machine's instructions manual and use cleaning agent only if it is written there. I suggest not to use any kind of cleaning agent.

Samsung ke technician ne installation ke time Samsung ka Drum Clean powder diya h, wo use kar sakte h? And filter ko kaise clean kare?
Waise koi matlab nhi hai drum clean powder use karne ka par ab le liya hai to use kar lijiye.
For pump filter/Debris Filter follow these steps:
To begin, open the pump filter access panel by pressing on the cover.
Locate the rubber drain hose and prepare to drain the water. You will need a towel and a container large enough for the amount of water in the washer, like an oil drain pan.
Remove the cap from the drain hose by holding the hose and twisting the cap. The cap can be tough to remove because it forms an airtight seal, so make sure to use a little elbow grease. Once the cap is removed, drain the water.
Once all the water is drained, remove the washer pump filter by twisting it counter-clockwise.
Note: On some Samsung washers, the washer pump filter is similar to the cap on a medicine bottle. Push in and twist to remove.
Remove and clean the washer pump filter
Using a small toothbrush or other similar soft bristle brush, wash any dirt or other materials from the pump filter. Inspect the drain pump impeller located inside the pump filter housing to make sure it is clean.
Once the pump filter is clean, reinsert it and twist it clockwise until it's secured in the vertical position.
Place the drain hose's cap firmly back onto the drain hose and secure the drain hose in the mounted clip before closing the access panel.

Liquid detergent achcha hoga ya powder detergent?
For removing tough stains & soils powder detergent is better than liquid detergent.
Liquid detergents are better than powder detergents for a wash in untreated hard water.
You can still use a powder detergent in hard water, but a larger quantity of the powder would be needed to get the same result you can achieve with a liquid laundry detergent.
For normal water powder detergent is better because it's cheaper than liquid water and works well.
