Message to Thereza, I was chatting to Andy Bell a few years ago and asked what he thought of Dollar's version of Oh L'amour, he said he absolutely loved it.
I'm not surprised that Thereza Bazaar is still drop dead beautiful, but I was previously unaware of how articulate she is. Fascinating interview. Props also to the interviewer.
Great viewing.
My GooDness, she is as beautiful today as she was back in the 70's ...
My heart still thumps ......
Thereza was and clearly still is a gorgeous lady with a wonderful personality to match.
Titusteak Theresa and Debbie Harry the most fanciable girls in pop music and they both have beautiful speaking voices. Theresa is so feminine.
What a lovely genuine lady. Trevor Horn and Dollar was a match made in Heaven. Videotheque is a timeless classic.
Tereza...you were my female stage goddess as a teen ..and you still are bless you princess!
Thereza Bazar has aged so well! And a very interesting person!
I think she i s a very nice lady & was very astute to ask Trevor Horn to produce her & David however i dont think shes aged very well.
What an excellent interview. An articulate interviewee and an interviewer who asked exactly the right questions and then let Thereze speak without interruption.
I agree, the flow was just right...
Such a lovely lady, i always thought Dollar were under-rated, (maybe not cool to like them), but Videoteque is amazing, but loved their records, and its great to hear Thereza tell her story.
What a lovely person Therexa is and great interview,,, Thank you Alan and Thereza. Marvellous stories..
How lovely she comes across in her own right.
videotheque is absolutely stunning
Excellent detailed, frank and honest interview from and for people who love their music. Your music will always be remembered Thereza by those lucky enough to have been in their youth in the musically fantastic late 70’s and 1980’s
What an excellent interviewer Alan Connor is and Thereza was an absolute dream. I loved every second of this and as for Dollar, they were simply brilliant and their hits sound every bit as fresh today as they ever did. Absolute pop perfection.
She has aged well and looks naturally good for her age.
Always loved her such a talented lady beautiful voice.
Back in the day Theresa was sooo fanciable and even now is very appealing.
Great to see the iconic Thereza Bazar again...
Such a lovely person great singer
For me Thereza has the Softest most Beautiful voice, which was really demonstrated in "Give me back my Heart".
What a fantastic interview and what an intelligent lady !
Back in the day I didn't rate Dollar and I almost passed on this interview. So glad I didn't- what a charming fascinating enlightening interview. I had no idea Thereza was a real credible musician and not merely a pop puppet.
Wonderful Artist and Voice!❤❤❤🇸🇪
This was wonderful, Thereza Bazar & Alan Connor thank you for taking the time to do this. It was so good to hear Theresa tell her story from the little girl aspiring to be a singer & dancer..to being in a fantastic group that was Dollar.
Thereza - I Want to thank you very much for all the joy you have given the world - love your breathy, soft, sharp, minty vocals, how you know you as a singer and |I applaud you. You are great.
Brilliant interview, all the right questions asked by Alan, and Thereza is bloody lovely.
Clicked to see/hear Thereze briefly, and stayed to the end. Fascinating interview, her beauty prevented me from appreciating her skills behind the scenes, a true talent for sure. Alan had really done his homework for this, very very good interview, he gently teased an awful lot of info out of Thereze in a short space of time.
Great to see she has aged naturally as so many of pops beauties sadly succumbed to the knife, still a very attractive woman men would be proud to have on their arm.
I was crazy about Theresa back in the day and still fancy her
An utterly delightful interview. Great research from Alan Connor and Thereza is a dream to listen to. Hats off to Cherry Red for getting these albums back in print again.
my god wow so sincere what an honour shes great x
Fantastic interview. Great lady and such a fantastic back catalogue collected in this new box set... Of course the new Greatest Hits too... Thereza is a fantastic pop star and the gig she put on in London recently was a magical evening. Dollar are so underrated and have so many fantastic hits. The Big Kiss her solo album is fab too. Great interview here Alan, and your work on the box set is very much apreciated by everyone! Thanks Thereza and thanks Alan.
What a lovely woman.💖
In the early days they were boyfriend and girlfriend,, Thereza really loved David and David really loved David.
Excellent analysis. He is a massive narcissist.
the guy doing this interview is good he lets her talk ...
He knows his stuff too.
Good job
Alan is a great guy. I have had the privilege of meeting him too, very interesting to talk to.
This was such a beautiful watch and I learned more about the journey to Dollar and the subsequent years.
This is the first time I've ever seen Thereza Bazar talking, let alone being interviewed. Previously I had always thought she was a lovely person, but now I know it for a fact.
Great interview, and unusual in as much as the interviewer didn't make it about himself.
Thank you for some of my very first happy experiences in music Thereza! You were my idol!
I absolutely loved dollar...
She's as lovely today as she was back in the seventies, Dollar were absolute quality.
A wonderful interview, Thereza is a true legend, thank you Alan for sorting all this, I hope you can both record something new soon x
I always thought Thereza was a bit of a snark .. but this interview shows how warm and down to earth she really is xx
She’s so fit in that mirror song
She's always been a lovely person.
This was a brilliant interview with everything in it😊
Guys we all crazy about her back in the day
Thanks for this interview, Thereza certainly knows her music, love hand held black and white great baseline.
Very talented lady love Dollar x
Lovely lady. Great interview.
What a fascinating interview! Thanks Thereza, you're brilliant - such a talented and beautiful lady!
Thereza what a treat to hear the story directly from you. And thanks for highlighting the ending of Give Me Back my Heart - goosebumps is right. It was so unexpected, and nobody was producing such ‘pretty’ beautiful music.
My favorite band ❤ they brought happiness and joy with their songs
Wow! An interview with Thereza! Dollar was way before I was born, but it's perfect popmusic I think. Great to hear her talking about her music career. She's a humble and kind person. Love U 💜
Fantastic interview, so talented and a beauty, 80s were Dollar
I liked their music a very nice sound and of course she is beautiful!
Great interview! I bought the Shooting Stars album in 1979 and I loved (and still do) 'Who were you with in the moonlight'. The production on this song is brilliant and to me still sounds fresh today. I love all Trevor Horn stuff (who wouldn't?!) but Chris Neil's production on that first album is phenomenal!
Really enjoyed listening to this interview! Thanks for the upload.
Fantastic interview,thank you!!
Thereza Is Right....Their Songs Still Sound Fantastic And Fresh Today...Thereza And David Were So Good Together...Musically And Visually...Loved Dollar...They Always Looked Like They Were In Love...They Had An Aura About Them....So Alive....Great Interview....Just To Add...I Loved Thereza....Magical Smile....Great Talent In Her Own Right...There Was A Time I Wanted To Be David Van Day....All The Girls Must Have Wanted Him....Great Looking Guy.
Well Theresa was lovely looking but what do girls see in the guy incredibly conceited.
Proud owner of a vinyl record of Give me back my heart by Dollar😎.
Dollars greatest song for me and in fact one of the greatest pop songs ever. Its spine tinglingly good.
Great Interview Thereza and Alan👌😍👌😍
Such a lovely lady, warm intersting personality, seeing her on top of the pops all those years ago , used to make my day
Great interview. Thereza is stunning!
I love you Thereza Bazar.
I had a crush on her in the 80s. Still have, but don't tell the wife!
Yes, I had a major crush on her as a young teenage lad but she's still lovely even now. As a Gary Numan fan, it was a bonus that she did some vocals for him, including on Music for Chameleons (much ridiculed by Alan Partridge).
The girl is mine 😡
lol
Much love from the UK. Loved her.
A great sound then and know and this interview just makes you remember it all
Beautiful honest interview
Nice interview. Thanks for posting
Dollar wow brillant guys and dolls she was so beautiful still is X
What a lovely lovely person
Such a good interview .love At the Videotech
A great interview of a very talented beautiful singer! I so envy all the British, European and Japanese people who could read and see media covering Dollar when they were active; it was so hard for me here in America never being able to see them on TV or read about them. I saw a great 1986 reunion appearance in Hyde park in my first vacation, I mean holiday, out of the US, and found a solo “The Big Kiss” album and kept the Our Price price sticker on it. I played “We Walked In Love” on college radio, 7 inch and 12 inch and other Dollar songs, and snuck “Mirror Mirror” onto commercial radio; of course it was not on the playlist that only cared about US chart statistics. I loved The Carpenters and Bee Gees, too. I’m going to order the Dollar Box! I bought an extra Dollar CD I gave to a former music store boss. Yes, “Hand Held In Black And White” does not get enough credit for how it inspired. A DJ I used to know was a huge ABC fan but I bet he never heard of Dollar. Wow, so Thereza gave up meat in early 1980s; I did in mid-1980s but full vegetarian in 1985 and vegan since 1987. Thanks for posting this wonderful intelligent feature!
Great interview. Thank you.
she is so sweet
Great interview - fascinating stuff!

I met her years ago when I was at School we were playing football and we recognised here from Dollar she came over and chatted to us lovely Lady… Tony.
Mirror Mirror....what an absolutely corker of a song!
I would love to see her live.. I thought Dollar had some brilliant songs... X
That was good.
I used to try and copy her hair and earrings!! I still have a white Vinyl special edition record!
The most successful Dollar song in Brasil was a ballad called "I Need Your Love" which was sung entirely by Theresa. This song seems to have been a success only in Brasil. I wonder if she knows how big this song was around here.
great group my favourite record of theirs is who were you with in the moonlight which i have got
Heart heart heart heart
La la la la
I feel so silly when I tell you
I gave you all I had
(La la la)
Seems so empty when I say that I love you
But now I can see you were not for me
So give me back my heart
That's all I have to live for
Give me back my heart
That's all I had to give you
I know I'll never be in love
No I'll never be in love again
There were so many times you whispered
(I miss you so I miss you so)
You always said you cared
(La la la)
I never knew that you could be so far away
But now I can see you were not for me
So give me back my heart
That's all I have to live for
Give me back my heart
That's all I had to give you
I know I'll never be in love
No I'll never be in love again
I love you
Give me back my heart
That's all I have to live for
Give me back my heart
That's all I had to give you
My heart my heart
Give me back my heart
That's all I have to live for
Give me back my heart
That's all I had to give you
My heart my heart
Great interview, the interviewer knows his subject, he guided her well. She’s was so cute,
Agreed that girl Theresa was so CUTE
What a lovely lady. 👍👍

@@RetroReminiscing he actually married a girl in the year above me at my school she was 6 feet taller than him and she was only 5ft 8in...obviously had no taste in men but she was a lovely looking girl 👧
