YYoooouuuur weeeelcome, Loveeevly! I'm so glad you found INFIDEOS and are learning about Information Science. And I really appreciate your uplifting comments. Please come back again soon! 😋
Great Video, I am from Argentinien, Córdoba. I research "information Anxiety" for my thesis doctoral (University of Buenos Aires). I will Incluide write in theoritical framework some ideas of karol Kultauh for the thesis. Thank you Jenna for you colaboration.
Dear Juan Manuel, Thank you for visiting INFIDEOS and for your note. I am happy to meet an Information Scientist from Argentina! You may enjoy my longer video on Carol Kuhlthau, if you have not seen it already, in the What Makes This Paper Great? series. All the best wishes for your studies, Jenna
I'm very curious, does the information behavior/information practice divide that is presented in this video make sense? Does one of the perspectives feel more natural to you? I have had many students over the years, and they usually have an inclination towards one view of information behaviour or the other. Keep in mind, that there are many other approaches to information behaviour. Feel free to champion other camps in these comments!
Thank you for visiting INFIDEOS, and for your kind words, Dr. Chongchorhor. I applaud your research into indigenous rice knowledge in Thailand, and hope we have a chance to meet some day. Warmest wishes, Jenna
Hello again, Juan Manuel, "Information Anxiety" is a great topic and I will put it on my video-making list. Of course, the video woud be easier to make if I may draw upon your doctoral thesis! And, I look forward to seeing your dissertation discoveries in the Information Science literature, some day. Hang in there! Jenna
Thanks for your supportive words, Nosheen. I was working on a video just now, and comments like yours give me forward momentum. I hope you are enjoying Information Science and finding your own place in the field. All the best wishes, Jenna
Thaaankkks!❤
