I don't like the water heater door in the closet. I like the dining area with the cabinet; you don't usually see that in a single wide. Nice sized master closet! Beautiful master tub and shower. 😍

I dont believe they do, but I have seen that as an option before.

A garbage disposer is def according to code in the area. If you are on septic, they generally do not allow it. You might want to do after market.... 🤫
