Soak this pack in Johnsons water seal in a 5 gallon bucket.Hang outside for a week..TOTALLY waterproof...straps suck...replace them with ALICE STRAPS...a few Mods and this isnt a bad day hike or overnight pack
Looks more like a nva bag rather than a Alice pack. I have the nylon version in woodland. Its not made any more. Just green or black now. And its built a lot better than the recent models. Had it over 10 years now. Still use it
looks like a mishmash between the Alice Pack, the Austrian Army version of the Alice and the German Army Alpine Rucksack. i kind of like it, but unfortunately too small
Hello I liked your video on the pack. I would just like to know if you still have the pack, and if it's still holding up? Cotton canvas is not nylon, I don't think that it can be burnt.
Shortly after filming this video. Sorry to say the pack didn't make it one season. I keep meaning to make a follow up video just never got around to it. The fabric itself is good the seams on the other hand. Not so good

I would not say that but I will say I would not want to ruck this things through the woods for any great distances. However for a car or truck bag it would be perfect for that.

It is definitely a small pack. Only suitable for a weekend camping. Other than that j would say there are better options out there.

unfortunately this thing bumped up to $40.
It was hard enough to justify the cost then. Unless they had some major design changes, I would never pay that for it.
I keep waiting for the guy to say, You know what? This thing sux. Throw in trash, review Milwaukee's Best instead.
