I think one unnoted side-effect of the healing missiles is that it doesn't specify that the missiles can target more than 5 players, meaning it would actually make it a lot harder to missile specifically the enemies if you could also lock on to the teammates they're fighting with.
i don't remember which splatfest this was but there was a problem i had with the enemy bombs looking like your teams ink color just before they explode and I kept dying to bombs because of it. it was really annoying.
The roll speed thing does fit Dynamo, and here's why: It's heavy. Heavy things take a while to get going but when they do they really get going. If you try to roll a heavy barrel for example you'll struggle at first, then get faster and faster.
GinaXkiip's idea is basically the glamour system in FFXIV. You can "project" clothing onto what you're currently wearing to give it a different look while retaining the same stats. Honestly would be a perfect idea and solution to a terrible design in Splatoon. People have asked for ages to be able to wear what they want without having to worry about abilities.
I got it indeed from a few other games, i havent played FFXIV but ive played a few games that also have the feature and would love for it to be in splat 3 :3

Here's one! All rollers get a buff to the roll mode to make it an actually viable and good option, HOWEVER chargers can all fire at max range without a full charge (tap firing) and they have a 2 shot kill (when not charged fully).
I love the idea of a charge-up roller, maybe it could be something like the hammers in beast breaker where each action has "momentum" and by doing other actions you loose that momentum to give it to something else maybe it slowly looses momentum but it looses it even slower while in squid/octo form?
In Xenoblade Chronicles X there's an entire gear system of gear that gives you various stat improvements that can make you absolutely fucking broken. However the gear on its own tends to be ugly as *fuck* so they gave you a secondary gear system called "fashion gear" that allows you to have the sickest drip while also having the best stats. It was an even more complicated gear system in Xenoblade X because you had 5 pieces of gear (head, left arm, right arm, torso, and legs) you could potentially use and each piece of gear had its own exclusive stat buffs. If you can have fashion/vanity gear in Xenoblade X by the time of the Wii U for an even more complicated system you can have it in Splatoon 3.
I got one We get a full on Splatoon maker with every unique single player gimmick like the bounce pads, ink strike level's, grind rails. we also get every weapon combo from all games including your own custom ones.... Splatoon 1 servers get shut down
Emotes, you buy them from a spanish dancer nudibranch who speaks Spanglish. When you try them they successfully do it but end up catching their breath, or RARELY collapse to the ground.
There should really be offline Salmon run and turf war, it would help people that dont have online membership get better at the game and get more practice (same concept as the turf war Ai change)
One idea I had was to make enemy bomb sounds (and possibly other attacks too eg specials and main weapon) to have a slightly different pitch than friendly bomb sounds There’ve been so many times I died because I thought an enemy bomb was a friendly bomb

It would be a better armor or maybe instead of healing it heals a small amount and provides small boosts to your teamates and it takes time to get to them so you have to time it more and it isn't ink armor wich can be chained to everybody across the map for free and would actually be balanced imo. It rewards team play and make it so that you can't separate the entire enemy team instantly for free.
I think it would be INCREDIBLY fun to make currently un-inkable surfaces (glass dome!) should be temporarily inkable! I think temporary ink is a completely under-considered mechanic. Can you imagine the change in strats if you could ink the glass dome but the ink either slid off or evaporated?

I also think the duration should change between lobby level. I think lower level should be closer to a 5 second fade and high level should be 2, because the speed very much increases the higher you go. Sitting in ink for 5 seconds on a surface everyone knows doesnt Stay inked is a death sentence, so theres no point to it remaining inked longer in higher level play, if that makes sense? It’s also a good way if you are a Splatoon fan and you just want to sit and chat with random people or friends There can be your own room you can customize for your liking and they can hold contests to where the person with the best rooms can win Nintendo gold coins, something like Animal crossing. You can play multiplayer locally without other switches.
Old comment, but here's some downsides to them. 1. There's a 50% chance that your game will crash everytime you try to talk to someone. 2. Your room might catch on fire spontaneously one day. 3. It runs at 4 FPS.
I think the dynamo roller one would be cool, since from the few rounds I played with it in the splatfest it was too slow to get even close to enemies without dying, so a way to increase speed that reinforces the idea of mowing down enemies with no care for their attacks would be nice

Everything before perfect gear adjustments I disagree with. And with most of everything afterward, though I still like the Ink Hungry yet ban RNG, the Vanity thing, Day/night cycle would be cool and chaotic, would encourage more player awareness too and give players a chance to familiarize themselves with their terrain, offline turf war would be fine, considering the fact that we do need some way to warm up before matches, and finally we do need rollers to actually feel viable. I would like some kind of healing weapon just because of the fact that I am tired of dying all of the time and would like to have someone to cover my back. Maybe a quarter instead of a half and the lock limit would still be applied, and anyway since when would enemies and teammates ever be together in one place where you could missile them all? The Objectives thing is understandable tbh, farming time with Rainmaker would be really unfair.

I would personally see this as an absolute win, seeing as how Twitter is incredibly toxic and it would be great for them to be kept off of it tbh.
Shot RNG is what makes weapons like Jr & Aerospray function as fast turfing weapons and generally only really nerfs long range shooters by adding accuracy fall off (not counting blasters obviously) and I think Dynamo's paint consistency problems are technically separate mechanics from the RNG other weapons have. Really only blasters, jet squelcher, and 96 are explicitly nerfed by bad RNG. Though the base formula to calculate shot RNG in the first place is way more brutal in this game than in Splatoon 1 and Range Blaster is the most clear victim of this.
Two of the Xenoblade games already have a vanity feature and it was a good thing. No reason why it can't be added to another game. Tho I'd hate it if it was another amiibo exclusive feature

Like ACNH, I always have to travel back a couple hours in time because they’re usually closed.

If a Day/Night cycle were to be added to stages, it should come with accesibility settings to keep them all at day or night so it never changed
an upside to being locked in place when crashing is that while stunned, you can only take damage from specials
You now have the ability to customize your kits BUT you can only do it after you level up past lv 99.
Not too bad cuz that would give me a reason to use those experience drink tickets to level up faster.
