Ngl this is probably the best cover. Most the others get the beat wrong, have random lyrics and have either too little or too many syllables at a time. This one tells a story, get a the beat right and generally has the right amount of syllables to match a beat.

Due to quarantine I recently got back into undertale and searched for this song (it was one of my favorite lyricized versions of this song) and i was so devastated to see that not only this song but all of Aria's songs were deleted. Thank you so much for reuploading them!!!!

'Under the surface, how could we have known, that our plan would fall to pieces..?' So, Asriel and Chara love the golden flowers and that's where they will spend most of their time playing. They share their dreams of getting to the surface(while Chara does not like humanity, they know their new family would love to go on the surface again.) And to see the sun. Asriel made the heart lockets and gave Chara's in a white box with a *red ribbon* And promised to be best friends forever and they both hope to free all monsters together. They joke around and make faces to eachother like normal kids to show that they really weren't planning anything from the start and that they are very close and are basically siblings. I think this and her other covers were deleted because of a combination of her not liking some of her older covers and using other peoples lyrics and fan art without permission, not 100% sure but i know that she didn't like her old covers at least

I listen to this song when I feel sad when it feels like all of my friends are leaving me forever, making me think that I am a bad person, when I'm not. I understand Asriel because I am like Asriel. Fighting for that memories, joy, laughter, and happiness. 1:27 Asriel fights because he loves Chara and he doesn't want to let it go just as many of us don't want to lose that friendship with someone. I know this channel didn't make this cover, but I must give credit to Aria. This is third place on my favorite vocal covers of Hopes and Dreams. Second would be Edobean's cover, first would be Man on the Internet's cover. Anyway, the unorthodox style of the Hopes and Dreams instrumental in the background and the way Aria goes along with it and creates their lyrics accordingly is amazing. Not to mention the lyrics actually have meaning, and a tone that matches them. Classic, playlist worthy, and gets my seal of approval.

I was never really that interested in Undertale, nor Toby Fox. In fact, both were complete unknowns to me. The moment this video appeared, everything changed. I'm so glad this video appeared on my recommendations, it's what made me investigate and finally play Undertale, and to convince my family to play this fantastic game as well. It's also what made me push harder and aim for the best during the first semester of quarantine.

Aria said something about not liking her older covers, I think. I don't have the source though. Also Toby Fox lets people use his music if you credit him, I'm pretty sure.
I think this and her other covers were deleted because of a combination of her not liking some of her older covers and using other peoples lyrics and fan art without permission, not 100% sure but i know that she didn't like her old covers at least

@EXP Sheepy I actually know this attitude of her even before the videos are removed, I would just stay away from her other stuff because it was just bland, fast forward when I opened up my playlist found that some amount of vids got removed, trying to figure out what's all that for months and here I am.

I know this channel didn't make this cover, but I must give credit to Aria. This is third place on my favorite vocal covers of Hopes and Dreams. Second would be Edobean's cover, first would be Man on the Internet's cover. Anyway, the unorthodox style of the Hopes and Dreams instrumental in the background and the way Aria goes along with it and creates their lyrics accordingly is amazing. Not to mention the lyrics actually have meaning, and a tone that matches them. Classic, playlist worthy, and gets my seal of approval.

I'm so glad this video appeared on my recommendations, it's what made me investigate and finally play Undertale, and to convince my family to play this fantastic game as well.
