    The large IVS is massive. Do you cater with it or just backyard cooking.

    Good idea! the idea of everything catching on fire is why I haven't tried it yet. I might have to though where I live in upstate New York when it's 10° outside takes a long time to get up to temp. For anyone looking at an LSG that's the only downside to this smoker not too good for short cooks longer to heat than to cook still a great smoker though.

      If you are doing a cook for 2- 4 hours you can use the method i used and not use up so much fuel. What I like about the LSIVS is that I don't have to keep feeding it fuel.

    Science, do you cook all meats the same such as, ribs, briskets, or chuck roast? Also, after so many cooks how often you clean your pellet grill?

    Yoooo, was thinking about getting the IVS on a trailer as well. May I ask what the damage was on your setup?

    • @bzcooks4220
      @bzcooks4220  4 роки тому +1

      For my entire set up it cost me about 12 grand. could have been more but i got a lot of upgrades. Look at the video of me at Franklins BBQ to see the entire trailer. ua-cam.com/video/BumOYNfIzFA/v-deo.html
