Thank you brother. Works every time
Hey Big Mike❤️I don’t have a smoker but for Science, I’m going to do this on my charcoal grill for my birthday in October.
Ok sis, let me know how everything turns out for you.
BZ COOKS I definitely will. If possible can you do a video spatchcocking a chicken on a charcoal grill🤔? Did I just make up a word😆?
No problem what kind of charcoal grill do you have? A Weber kettle Grill?
That was some darn good-looking chicken there Brotha
Thanks Larry, appreciate the love
Fire looking yard bird bro.

THIS IS FOR SCIENCE!! Love the food 411 Big Mike!
Thanks bruh! Much love!
I'm doing a spatchcock chicken right now in my WSM over direct heat, no water pan. Yours looks great bro!
Thank you very much sir and good luck with your cook. For Science!!
Good job👋👋👍👍
Thanks Larry, I'm glad you like the video brother.
The large IVS is massive. Do you cater with it or just backyard cooking.
I do both but I'm cooking for my restaurant right now
Good idea! the idea of everything catching on fire is why I haven't tried it yet. I might have to though where I live in upstate New York when it's 10° outside takes a long time to get up to temp. For anyone looking at an LSG that's the only downside to this smoker not too good for short cooks longer to heat than to cook still a great smoker though.
If you are doing a cook for 2- 4 hours you can use the method i used and not use up so much fuel. What I like about the LSIVS is that I don't have to keep feeding it fuel.
Heck yeah that how I like to cook my Chicken Spatckcock all the way. Nicely done my brother. Cheers!
Yum!
That rub is really good!
I WISH I CAN HAVE A TASTE FOR SCIENCE. LOOK SO DELICIOUS
I'm still eating those chickens
Big Mike whats good my boi
What's happening Shawn, how've you been man. Long time no see!
I bought a Fire Pit from LSG, I am going to get a stick burner from them also.
Good choice! You can't go wrong either way; I have both so I'll be making a video using that eventually.
How long do you suggest brining the chicken? Thanks going to do this on my IVS.
Science, do you cook all meats the same such as, ribs, briskets, or chuck roast? Also, after so many cooks how often you clean your pellet grill?
Fun stuff. R.I.P Gaskets?
lol, you would think so but oddly enough my gaskets are still doing well. I will be ordering a new set just in case but they hold up pretty good.
Yoooo, was thinking about getting the IVS on a trailer as well. May I ask what the damage was on your setup?
For my entire set up it cost me about 12 grand. could have been more but i got a lot of upgrades. Look at the video of me at Franklins BBQ to see the entire trailer. ua-cam.com/video/BumOYNfIzFA/v-deo.html
Thing looks like a straight up beast man, nice pick-up for sure brotha.
Thanks
Question for you? Why put the wood at the end of the fire and not closer to the front
How long you soak your chicken in the brime
Not too long, maybe an hour amd a half
