So when I got my ps5 I used the ps app to transfer over my game library from my og ps4 so this really helped out on how to get all my saved data back cause all the games I had on ps4 all transfered on the ps5 in the ps app, but I was wondering when I went on mk11 on ps5 everything is locked while on ps4 everything is upgraded and unlocked

You would have to take the hard drive out of the old PS4 and put it in a new on to start a data transfer. Only a PS4 can read data that has been made by a PS4 so you can't move the data using a PC unfortunately.

Hotel Wifi can be tricky as some networks will block the software used for transferring. I would try again on a network you have access to

How do I transfer data to my PS5 if my PS4 is broken

The only way I know of is to take the hard drive out of your broken PS4 and move it to a working PS4. PlayStation save files are encrypted and can't be transferred over to a PC or flash drive. Basically the only way to read the data on the drive is to put it into a PS4. If the hard drive itself is not functioning there is no way to save it. If you have PS Plus your save data is automatically backed up to their cloud and can be recovered in the save data settings on your PS5.

It should just be the same process but in reverse. If you have ps plus the process is even easier because it will backup automatically and it will use the newest data backed up automatically on PS4

Yes. Just sign into the PSN account that owns the games and download them from your library
