One of the things I’m working on (as my theory needs improving) is when it comes to interconnecting leads. Where to start from for your lead out then to the next series connection for example. I get it just want to understand it a bit more. Depending on the speed of the motor, coil groups etc etc. great vids by the way.
Plants that do large molten metal castings will have shaker decks to shake loose the part from the casting sand. Think John Deere Foundry, giant castings you need to get out of molds in a timely manner.

I wish all our motors came internally wired for 480v. We don't wire any 208v.
