But since the figure has BT' goggles colors(brown, which the subtitles actually misstook, so...), the brown thing on the belly(i think it's some sort of belt) and probably sports tape on its shoes, you're right. It is a Boom Tails Figure, though you only recognized it by it's goggles. Let me rephrase that for you: Brown goggles? Brown belt? Shoes covered with sports tape? This is from Sonic Boom!
