I live in this 500+ unit complex. I just saw this (had no idea it was going on). Management sent a late night email notifying that this guy is banned from the premises and “subject to removal and arrest” if he shows up.
Sounds like my neighbor, he hates LA noise so he pounds on walls thinking we in the building can turn it off, he yells at first responders including fire fighters and EMTs, he thinks people are spying on him so he tried to put wooden pieces on the outside of his door so that people can't look underneath (the management company put a stop to him trying to barricade the outside of his door). He thinks by turning on and off the shower water for hours that the LA traffic will hear it and stop.
