Lovely place Warksworth, we stayed at a site close to Warksworth & walked to the wonderful castle, when we visited it didn't have all the technology, thanks for taking us around the castle 👍
Brilliant again Bob. Really well put together. Loved the historical talk through using the narrator from the castle. Looking forward to your next video 🙌☕️
Looks like one of the top castles for viewing. Great job Bob and Jenny given how complex the castle complex is..(try saying that sentence quickly! ). I especially liked how the recorded information and background music melded into your video...well done ...nicely atmospheric. Thanks for the effort and perseverance you both put in on this maze of a castle.🥇🥇🥇👍👍👍
Back where I grew up. I remember being 5 and going on the river when all the fish died and you could pick them up as you rowed along. Then another time sheltering in the keep during a colossal lightening storm all around with strikes and explosions....still scares me today thinking of it. Guy, many thanks for the memories.
Boy did that bring back memories as I lived in Amble until I was 16 and Warkworth Castle and the river was where I used to play when I was a youth. You can get up to the tower and if I remember there is a little museum up there. I took Hazell and Callum up there a couple of years ago to show them where I used to cause havoc lol.
Fantastic visit today around Warkworth, i have to say I've never heard of this castle ruin, so i'm thankful to be able to watch it and explore with you both and the lovely poppy! :D Thanks for sharing! Such an impressive castle :D
Great video, just spotted- we visited in November on a trip to Amble I got taken in for my birthday - the castle isn’t in bad condition is it considering and compared to some other castles - we enjoyed visiting - great audio guide info. Much better job that I did on my video, always find your videos inspiring and reminds me how much more there is to learn 😃 - David 👍
Bob and Jenny, we could see you were both worried on the “ impersonator” vlog. Please try to put it behind yourselves , I know how awful it is to feel anxious - it can ruin your life- your both better than that. The world is full of scumbags with nothing in their life. You have everything that they envy. Stuff ‘em mate !
Great video thanks. We parked in the car park and looked at castle from there in June 2019. We didn’t have time to go in ,we were on our UK visit trip Edinburgh to Lands End. Appreciate seeing what was behind those walls.(from Australia)
Very impressive, well preserved castle. I think it would be good to visit the Hermitage as I read you have to go on a little boat trip to see it. I don't know though if it's the boat or the Hermitage that attracts me the most. Great video as always. Thank you for sharing.
So sorry you have an impersonator causing you some problems. I love your vlogs and will continue to follow you, Jenny and Poppy! If I see anything suspicious I will report it immediately!! That said, I loved Warkworth Castle and look forward to the rest of trip! My knees would not have managed those stairs!
I so wish I had the opportunity to visit this castle. Thanks for the tour. I am always so sad to see that such an incredible place is able to fall into ruin. Just wondering, it appears the floor in concrete. What would it have been when it was first built, stone or wood?

That castle looked a maze! No wine, no beer..... pity.
Hi, thanks for sharing another great video.... Shall keep a look out for the impersonator and shall do as you suggested...Keep safe.

I would imagine stone originally, but wood later.
Ahh lovely.... a real genuine Bob Earnshaw and Jenny Earnshaw video - you can't beat 'em. Thanks both - very informative as usual. Take care you two!
Coquet is pronounced "Co " not" Cock " 😀
