"Equal rights and justice in this time" Gotta love old skool prodigy, would've loved to of been older than 3 when this came out. I've just gotta buzz to this soon!!
THANKS IM FORM PERU AND I LIKE THIS VIDEO I SEE WHEN I WASS LIKE 12 YEARS, LIKE 15 YEARS AGO, THIS IS THE VIDEO FROM THE ALBUM EXPERIENCE , I NEVER SEE THIS VIDEO - THANKS ALOTTT, MORE MOREE MOREEEE OF PRODIGY
this is old skool and is great music. i rather it to their new stuff any day:) ya its about 15 or 16 years old. wicked shit:) and by de way house music has always in my eyes been better den hip hop shit!
Quite rare for me; both this Rewound and the original version do a lot for me. This version's winning factor is the hyper-induced chorus; far stronger than in the original version, imo.
Maybe because you are sad that you were not around to appeciate this amazing period in dance music? I am glad that someone is still appreciating this for the first time. Maybe I was the same age when this came out, I was certainly close to it. Peace.
That´s all right,it´s your feeling and I respect it.But we can´t say that Flinty is a bad dancer. He´s great-just because of his crazyness.....and about his beauty...we all can make an agreement: Everybody to his taste.
Don't know??! I thought they were Leroy and Maxim the 2 black guys and Liam and Keith Flint the 2 white guys.. maybe they didn't all appear all the way through the vid but got extra dancers in?
@thescarywhiteguy Anthony Johnson - Equal Rights, contains also whooah asmple, some people said the money sample is from pink floyd song, but this one contains it too
remember see these at my first Perception in shepton mallet. honestly the best thing thats ever happened to me dancing outside on the dance platforms at 7 in the morning in blazing hot sun. summer 91.even the old bill were chilled out! how the fuck can they ever replace raving. these poor twenty somethings got nada to do. people like some justice in this life.......
@mrlarotta I don't totally dislike it, i'm a superfan of 'Spitfire'. I was actually gutted they didn't play it when I saw them live. But as a whole I thought Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned was a failure by their standards. Then again, maybe it was because the fantastic album that is 'Fat of the Land'.
RE Zeptis. ?!? Liam IS The Prodigy. He was writing and recording under the name before he ever met the others, and has produced every note of music on every song on his own. And in any case he was the only member to appear on Experience and on Jilted (exept Maxim on Poison) so are they not real Prodigy albums either?
Got to see them touring Experience at Southend back in the day, they only did a 45 minute set but it was freakin' mental - think it cost me all of 9 quid! Then again at a couple of festy's later in their career...phenomenal. Shame Liam lost his way musically a bit for the come-back that but still got much love for them.
he somehow felt he doesn't belong in the group anymore, afterall keith and maxim started singing and leeroy just danced in the videos&gigs so i think he was just fed up being at the back of the group. Too bad, i would really like to see him nowadays dancing and going nuts on the stage with rest of the Prodigy members..
Remember, this is Liam we are watching here .. the man was usually off his face when he danced, which always help you just let go and dance. Dancing to music like this should never be about practiced moves, man. Just get on the floor and off you go .. if anybody laughs or says bad stuff, you are definitely in the wrong warehouse party.
@Neverminder1988 experience was outstanding, death of the prodigy dancer had to be seen live at a rave in the early 90's to be believed best rave i was at had prodigy and n-joi on the same line up, fuck me what a night. the 2 best bands of their time and the 2 best sets of dancers also
they are so amazing that they stop being amazing and cross the divide from mortals to gods among men. they should be raised up on a pedestal and regarded with reverance and awe. Liam Howlett has the ability to capture small mice in his talons and as for Keithy, well, he's just instruMENTAL!!!!!
Im so sad that I was born during the time this was new... Music nowadays comes NOTHING CLOSE to being as good as the Prodigy in the early 90s.. fucking geniuses
no,at exprience album was remixes of all songs, inc Wind it up,original version as u heard right now on this vid u'll find only ine single Wind I up,cheers
the guy is saying : 'EQUAL RIGHTS AND JUSTICE IN THIS LIFE' Yeah quality tune... just like every prodigy song. Infact, words cant describe the sound of prodigy.
@mrlarotta I think that's a bit harsh, man. I thought Invaders Must Die is a pretty good album after a really bad one in Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned. Some of the tunes from IMD are >decent. It totally rekindled my love for The Prodigy.
true, but their music has changed a lot. Their new stuff has far more distortion, intensity and energy. It all sounds a lot grittier and more like rock/dance rather than the faithful dance music they did like this. The Fat of the Land was their turning point.
Don't get me wrong Iooove this tune but HOUSE has been around since the mid 80's starting in Chicago. Thes tunes was the start of Hardcore which then turned into Jungle and then D&B. Love the early Prodigy though. The start of the UK Hardcore movement!
the album versions better, but this is still great. i find it hard to pick my favourite era of the prodigy. Jericho and Wind it up are great, but Take me to the hospital and Worlds on fire are still amazing tunes. Its all good :)
@imababyshark you are right Keith Flint and Leeroy started out as dancers and then integrated themselves along with Maxim into the music as their style progressed into what it is today. 20 years and still going strong.
@klote2314:You dont like those suits?I do,especially the hats with XL logo.I know some interview Liam said something "...all that shit we wore".He also said "I never was happy with Jilted".Point is the fans are happy.
Hi.I sometimes think very irrelevant things and this time iwas thinking the question that when(the exact date) did The Prodigy LAST time wore those green&white suits and the white hats? And,are the suits and hats still in SAFE?
@imababyshark , its true that the two others (Maxim Reality and Keith Flint), never did much else than dancin and shoutin, however it wouldnt really be the same thing if it were just liam howlett rather than the prodigy
They're the same members, I have the Electronic Punks vid and you see it more clearly. Leroy just had really short hair and looks bit lighter in the vid here, probly cuz of the video conversion
I love this song even though its beyond my time, although i dont think its one of their best but who cares when nearly all their songs kick ass... beats the hell out of the crap i hear from now-a-days.
The Fat of the Land. The Experience. The best electronica/dance albums ever created? How much do electronic/house artists owe to the Prodigy for their SHEER influence? These guys own. :)
Wind it up, wind it up Equal rights and justice in this time Equal rights and justice in this time Go around, go around Wind it up, go around´´´´ nice lyrics and Rhythm, love prodigy
not a wise man but rather a puppet. try equality for all economic classes and see where u get ... you'll see that your "wise" men were funded by one end to stymy the other end. now there's wisdom.
@ianwlouw yes mate, loved it every weekend gettin fuckin smashed out of my nut!! world dance at lydd airport, dreamscape at the sanctuary, early days at fantasia!!! where did you go?
i learnt all the dance moves when a nipper b4 i hit the rave scene hard around'92-'95 and smashed the dance floor, days of my life! it was all good, best days of my life out of my nut!!!!!
@jibster94 Yeah i´m 15 too and i kinda feel nostalgic when i hear the very first prodigy songs like this one but i had the opotunity to saw them live that concert was awesome
this tune was so ripped off for Ridge Racer, they have a similar beat, don't remember the track number. I always felt Ridge Racer (especially Revolution) had the spirit of Prodigy in it.
It's fucking jungle!!!!!!!!! I'm amazed how nobody tells about jungle or even recognized... Am I the only one pointing out that jungle is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than D'n'B?!?!?!?!?
I think it might be Venice beach, because theres no Randy's Doughnuts stores in Britain that I know of, and theres a store on the video. Palm trees are a bit of a giveaway too.
lol, go cut somebody down with ya lightsaber. "There is no peace, only passion" - A Sith "Passion - Strenght - Power - Victory - And my bounds and broken" - Another Sith
but this song is slightly different than album version, isn't it? if it's not i wanna say that i have different version and i like it more than this one. but vid is still great!!
Well that's the thing with the Prodigy ... they got by far the top 3 breakbeat tracks of all times 1] Wind it up 2] out of space 3] no good ( in no specific order )
yeah, i saw them in 91 when i was 17 charly had just been released, saw them last month at milton keynes, not half as good as they were in the old skool days
this reminds me of sitting in my mates bedroom playing micromachines on his megadrive, forever associated!! I wish I was old enough to rave back then, wicked tune
The experience album was the best they did in my mind. I use to dance to it in my room with my stobe light on. Can anyone upload 'Death of the prodigy dancer'?
PRODIGY definetly shows that they are the best, and all the rave and electro music started after them..this may be their nest song after No Good...Prodigyfan
the early prodigy cannot be beat this is wot rave was all about fuckin get in der ma troops glow sticks at da ready yeeeehaaaaaaaaa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
I like the normal version better. Still an awesome song and clip, i wish i was old enough to appreciate when this music first came out, i was only 4....
First time I heard this was at my 21st party. Thats 21 years ago this July. Jaysis!! Still think its an absolutely smashtastic tune :-O
Sorry I can’t figure the math out, how old are u? 🤓
"Equal rights and justice in this time"
Gotta love old skool prodigy, would've loved to of been older than 3 when this came out. I've just gotta buzz to this soon!!
this & charly was the prod at their best in my opinion
Excellent! Memories :) :) :)
Admit it your jumping around your front room or bed room right now lol
nice :)
prodigy experience THE best album at that time and at the moment, PERFECT in every track, produced, layed out, and engineered

Absolutely tuneage ..😊
classic, epic, a song that will bring back memories, a song that will always live on and make ppl wana dance
wish leeroy didnt hav leave, music went downhill after he left, and he was jus cool to watch dancing
I've always wondered, is this song a drug reference to like ecstasy or crystal meth or something?
massive old skool track from way back!! love this tune, for the braintree massive out there!!
Maybe because you are sad that you were not around to appeciate this amazing period in dance music?
I am glad that someone is still appreciating this for the first time. Maybe I was the same age when this came out, I was certainly close to it.

Well that's it, I have the long version of Rewound and it just sounds more like an extended version of this but with parts of the original added in.
@imababyshark you are right Keith Flint and Leeroy started out as dancers and then integrated themselves along with Maxim into the music as their style progressed into what it is today. 20 years and still going strong.

when did Keith make music? Liam produced every track. He is the prodigy, and Keith and others are just the face of the group.
XD Aaah! So you were joking?! Good joke, dude.Yeah he looks like that girl there, but he is awesome anyway.
The Prodigy RULEZZZ!
So many memories and damn I miss the old days when Keith and Leeroy were both dancers.Hardcore ain't dead it's just sleeping
great for you toput this on. but its nothing to do with u ut i think this song is crap and i like dire starter better or Breathe
the early prodigy cannot be beat this is wot rave was all about fuckin get in der ma troops glow sticks at da ready yeeeehaaaaaaaaa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
im 15 and i dont know why i never herd this song before i love it and the prodigy but it makes me nostalgic but i cant think why and i dont know why!
Absoutley amazing tune!!! Does it say "people would like some justice in this time"?? Listened to this tune for fucking ten years and still not sure.
I like the normal version better. Still an awesome song and clip, i wish i was old enough to appreciate when this music first came out, i was only 4....
oh how i loved that album.....until the day, someone stole it at a party -.-
have to order a new one, i think...hmmmm
5 stars for them prodigy!!!!
And they went on becoming one of the biggest sell-out bands out there, exposing homeless people in their music videos... middlefinger at Prodigy.
yeah the good days, i saw the prodigy in 91 when they brought out charly, i was seventeen i still go and see them now but they are no way as good
this track is fukin amazin......reminds me of dortmund 94 i think........they played it live.......i nearly passed out....the vibes were unreal!
HAHA, I fail to understand why the prodigy don't make music like this anymore, I have " Invaders Must Die ", it is good but not like this song.
me and my mates early 90's use to dance to the prodigy in my bedroom with our baggy red troussers and strobe light flashing away. good times
I know them well, used to work closely with them back in the 90s and used to do smaller gigs with them in Essex before they were well known.
@mrlarotta
yeah. I bought "invaders" from play.com for about £3.00GBP, and I still felt ripped off. What a crap album
Liam was unreachable until last album :)))
Fat of the land is still the best album ever for me.even he cant beat it.
yep :)
and strange thing , i was a Polish kid in mid '90 whole into British rave/breakbeat scene of early '90 :P
Yeah, reminds of my rave days in London. Sweet, sweet memories coming back to me. Yeah, thanks for the post. Eazy.
What u on about? Experience(92)
Jilted generation(94) FOTL(97) AONO(04) IMD(09) That is count em.. 5 studio albums!

@lizdylanboykie good old days not wrong. these sort ot tunes moulded my teenage years and made me the munter i am yessssssss
Cool. Here in argentina is very dificult to find the prodigy singles. And it is almost impossible to find Vinyl Singles of them.
Man, I wish I had a chance to see these guys live back then. Although, Rabbit in the Moon is up there for live "rave" bands.
...prodigy WAS good...yeah...prodigy IS good...yeah...prodigy WILL BE GOOD....YEEEAAAHH----4 EVER.peace ;)
!! :o you do realise that i actuly DO kind of get anoyed i wasent around to listen to this at the time!!:o how did you know
To my knowledge, Liam writes and produces all the music anyway, so doesn't really matter either way. Song is unbelievable.
what beach is that? grafitti looks like venice beach but these guys are english, can any of you uk blokes shed some light?
This track was played throughout 92 in the clubs/raves possibly white label, however the release date was March 93 (UK).
Dedicado a Los Toronjos en esta etapa que se cierra (A ver si sacan de donde es este tema)
So sad to see them dropped their friendly-looks. (Especially Mr.Flint).But that doesn't mean it's bad.
xoxobrokenhearts that was the worst spam ever i couldnt stop laughing that u acualy belive it hahahahaa
@DannyGWarrior trust me you missed the time of your life, the tunes, illegal raves, the drugs, everything was amazing
these 4 guys are amazing :D
