Absolute garbage. I bought one in April and used it for a couple of hours (total) before it broke in July. [Flimsy plastic fan broke.] The only replacement parts available are the extension tube and the control knob. Contact with Toro for support gets nothing but a form letter telling you how to try for a warranty replacement (which requires that you take it to an "independent" dealer - regardless of where you bought it). It took them three months to send the dealer a replacement. Never buying Toro again. [While waiting, I bought a Makita - along with a couple of spare fans and motor brush sets. -The brushes are replaced without opening the case, like a real tool. Lower output (smaller nozzle), but it's still working fine. It's made by a real tool company that seems to want to have repeat business.]
Do you think it works good to remove snow off the sidewalk?
yes, as long as the snow is not wet.
