    personal note for when i return to this video again: at 2:17 is what your looking for if you need to change floor perimeters for a user, restart the software if (floor group) tab is not visible

    My floor group column is not displayed when im on the access level screen. It shows a tiny blue and red icon and says entended schedule not allowed. These are elevators and i have the elevator cab checked for all. Plz help.

      Hello. Unfortunately, we cannot do troubleshooting through our UA-cam channel. If you are an installer, please contact technical support by phone and if you are the user of the system, please contact your installation company for support.

    I'm seeing an error when I am editing or creating access levels, it says "This door will not be included if used with additional access level". I though the Access Exceptions would help me get around that issue but the majority of my controllers are not shown when I go to Access Exceptions. (the controllers that do not show up are all KT-300's, are they not compatible?)

      Hello,
      Actually, this is not an error, this is a warning. It's telling you not to use Access Exceptions since they do not work on any Legacy controllers (KT-100, KT-200 or KT-300). Access Exceptions and Extended Schedules will only work on the new generation of controllers (KT-400 and KT-1).

    Hi my friend. I have a Corporate Kantech Entrapass you need a report of users with port access. We tried to export the user card data into a csv, but the "Card Access Group" field data comes as a number and does not show the name of the Access Group. Is there any way to generate this report with the access group name or port user access report (eg port kt06EPD has access for users A, B and C)?

      Hello,
      This information is going to be in the next video coming out next week. Go to Users/Card and click on the Printer icon at the top left. This will give you a list of all cards and all the information for each card. To limit the information, check Print selected fields and only select what you wish to see.

    If you guys could update this with the Access Exceptions that would be great. I've been getting a surprising number of clients lately who have been having issues with that part of the software. Thanks for these videos they are great tools for support!

    Hi,
    I am unable to reset password or delete an operator the password field is greyed out and the delete operator red "X" is greyed out please could you help?

      I'm afraid I do not have an answer for that other than it may be managed my Active Directory. Some troubleshooting is required, Please contact your installation company and request a service call
