Taman Dedari (Dedari Park) is one of the newest tourist attractions in Bali. The location is on Jalan Raya Kedewatan, Kedewatan, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency, Bali. The word dedari itself means an angel. The name is taken from the legend of Rishi Markandeya who saw the fall of an angel on the Ayung River, not far from Taman Dedari.
This tourist spot officially opened on January 9, 2021. Visitors can see attractions in the form of large statues at Taman Dedari.
"Taman Dedari was built with commercial and social purposes. It's social purpose is for the preservation of Balinese culture and customs. We also have a goal to develop the surrounding community," according to the Research Manager of Taman Dedari, Mr. Dewo Ambirawa.
Visitors don't need to pay any entrance fee to enjoy the rides at Taman Dedari, they only need to order some food or drinks.
