vespa RALLY 200:1975 - 1st engine opening in 42years / FMPguides - Solid PASSION

i currently have the honor to service a vespa rally 200 engine that has never been opened before. with impressing 71.600km the owner bought it in aprox 1992 everything in pretty good condition esp the crank surprises! loose carburettor & casing, jumpy gears, grabbing clutch, 2x false air head and cylinder bottom as usual & 3 gears are completelly fucked. he was driving with jumpy gears for over 15y. yes my thoughts exactly i congratulated to such nerves of steel! :D just a simple service for a daily rider, it will be the new POLINI BOX as the oldschool polini exhaust is really weak in low rpm. --------------------------------------------------------------------------
