Hand gesture test? There's no hand gesture (the direction of finger) in visual acuity test. It is counting finger or CF at the maximum distance of 5M but mostly done at 1M. But before you do the CF, you ask the patient first to walk closer to the target until the biggest letter is clear. The recording for that would be 20/200 at 10ft (where the patient stops). If the patient can't read the biggest letter then you perform CF. If the patient can't still see your fingers then you perform light perception. But honestly speaking you don't need to go through those processes. Just observe the patient and you'll know if you need to skip Snellen chart and proceed immediately with CF or light perception. For the visual field testing or confrontation test, you start by asking the patient if there's any part of your face missing or if your nose is missing. And that hand gesture again is 'out of this world.' You use stick with a target as a standard testing target. You only use hand for counting finger at 4 quadrants. You also perform this monocularly and binocularly. There's a detailed procedure in YT if you want. Anyway, if you're performing these tests, you must at least follow the standard procedure. I won't comment in visual inspection of the eyes that's really insulting. Moreover, what you did in testing the accommodation was absolutely wrong. Plus, Hirschberg test is not about direct and consensual pupillary light reflex. You performed pupillary light reflex but no assessment at all. For cardinal gaze movement, that was fast and incomplete. The convergence test was like, "nah I'm just gonna move it without asking if the target doubles." You didn't even measure it same with accommodation. Lastly, what plan were you talking about? Those were just preliminary tests. And how were you able to measure the pupil without any instrument? If I were to grade this, it's definitely zero hahahaha. Joke lang! Wala lang ako magawa and na-curious lang ako sa mga pinaggagawa mo hahahaha.
not a good joke maam. the students were trying their best though despite the pandemic. Sure your comments are somehow helpful to the student but I think unnecessary na yung mga side comments :) You know we're already understaffed worldwide, we should encourage them instead in this profession.
