I caught you guys with less than 10K subscribers when I was doing work for my former employer out in Longmont. Every time I had to travel for business I was hoping I'd see the hatch or the van. So far it hasn't happened, but I'm happy to see how much progress you have all made since you were strapping down batteries with cloth belts from Target/Walmart and making just a few hundred wheel horsepower in Wago or the hatch back when Charlie was still around. Kyle, Emilio, Jamie, Brent, and everyone who makes this all happen keep it up. My wife keeps asking me when I'm going to get an EK shell to build that we can both be proud of and upset people in.

Engine, turbo and engine computer control systems have progressed so far in the last 20 years. Remember when the Viper was the most powerful production vehicle because it made 500hp and 500lbs of torque from its 500 cubic inch (about 8 liters) V10. Now we have cars like this mr2 making 1025hp (on low boost) at only 2.4L so its basically 1/3 the size of the engine in that Viper. Crazy.

Engine, turbo and engine computer control systems have progressed so far in the last 20 years. Remember when the Viper was the most powerful production vehicle because it made 500hp and 500lbs of torque from its 500 cubic inch (about 8 liters) V10. Now we have cars like this mr2 making 1025hp (on low boost) at only 2.4L so its basically 1/3 the size of the engine in that Viper. Crazy.
