I asked on internet a good beginner nation to learn the game, I got suggested that one and I believed it was a serious suggestion.

You can cheese mods and saves in to ironman games if you try hard enough.
There is a game file edit that lets you have mods with achievements and manual saving is possible by copying files from steam cloud save location folder.
Saves, achievements and qol mods is the best way to play the game.
