AGREED !!! Purchased mine yesterday at COSTCO... A 7.0 Cubic Feet... Not much difference between the two... Unboxed it, but couldn’t figure out how to get the plug out... 🙄... Thank you so much for this freezer tutorial!! I was so upset because I really needed a chest freezer during this pandemic. I thought I ordered the 5.0 cubic feet that was 28 2/3 inches, but found out that it was the 5 cu ft 24.9 inches. It's ariving tomorrow, and I was gonna refuse it, but you just completely saved me from doing it. It's going to work out just fine.

Thanks so much for this. You are gonna laugh , but I could NOT, for the life of me, get that plug door open. It says open here and man was it stuck. I was afraid I was gonna break the whole thing. Watched your video and so I pulled hard and it finally popped open - nothing broke. LOL Anyway, thank for the video!

May I know what is the dimensions of the two compartments within the freezer? I am more interested to find out the dimension of the deeper compartment.
Random question: how long is the power cord? Trying to figured out the best place to plug in ours, wanted to leave it in the garage but our outlet is high up on the wall and in the middle of the side wall-so it would prevent our car from fitting inside our small one car garage. 😔
Can you pls confirm if an additional stabilizer or surge protector is needed for operating the freezer ?
Did you put the castors on the freezer?
We also have one, but the door sometimes get stuck . its hard to open.

They come with 3 prongs...
Question.... mine gets hot from outside in the front, is that "normal"??
I dont think that is normal , mine never gets hot at all... maybe you should unplug it and let it sit overnight and see what happens.
