I would say this has a pretty good density, especially because the hair I received was naturally somewhat curly, so it has more volume than naturally straight hair does. And no this topper would not work for someone who has no hair for the topper to clip into.
with the silicon tape and powder it looks very realistic much like silktops but upon very close inspections neither silktops nor this method are undetectable, but I promise NO one will be inspecting your scalp that close!

It looks similar to a silk base with the tape, some thinning and some light eyeshadow but not exactly the same.
