The problem is that every casted piece tarnishes extremely quickly, I’m talking literally a few hours of just lying on my desk after polishing and it already starts to tarnish. Me parece muy rudimentario el "abrir", el molde con una cuchilla,porque mejor se impregna la mitad del molde con talco y se va abrir mas facil sin problema.
    Un molde d hule vulcanizado tiene propiedades increibles,despues drvulcanizado se ahoga en petroleo durante 24 horas,el mole se incha hasta un 500 por ciento,mas tarde con perafina obtenemos una copia bastante mas grande igualita.
    Espero les sirva. "jnp"

    • @Primarose
      @Primarose  4 роки тому +2

      @@MrWolfFenrir Hi Madams First of all, thank you very much for your comment. but let me try to fix some misunderstandings. 1. the products in Aliexpress come from China, they are not related to us at all.
      2. I admit that we do not decorate the factory at all in order to "save cost" , as the factory is considered "back end", and we (at first) never plan to make any factory tour or show it to customers. Thus, we just focus merely on "function", not "appearance".
      3. Per the safety and healthcare standard, there is just only some key specific areas to be concerned about, that are;
      -Labor employment(can not hire kids, and fair welfare)
      -Fire safety
      -dangerous Chemical management
      -Machine/boiler maintenance and control
      -Nursing room.
      To Summarize, safety and health standard does not relate to how beautiful it is.

      Machine made is just a beautiful because machines had to be made by hand at some point to begin with.
      It's the design or the artistry that is most important - It doesn't matter the tool used to convey that.

    Ese tipo de hules o moldes ya no seas en son muy lentos y tediosos. Yo uso otro método más eficaz y de producción los pinos son de 70 piezas de pende el tamaño Pero mis moldes son semi redondos y en cada plato caben 6 y los pongo en una máquina sin trifuga y giran y así le pongo la cera. Al día hago 1000 piezas o más. Tu sistema es muy lento. Y caducó. Pierdes tiempo dinero y esfuerzo. Cambia tu sistema. Eso es del pasado. como tu lo explicas
