Sir what is going to be the fate of Amrapali flats which is now being undertaken by NBCC but despite paying the EMIs as scheduled by Court ..construction is not in sync with the same and already being delayed as per the given schedule for construction . Nor any updates are given for the status......

Why then builders are asking us to transfer the registry amount into Authority's account when there is no registry happening and also offering us possession, but not without registry amount.
Sir , mujhe mere flat la possession 1 1/2 saal pehle mil gaya tha with registry . Ab me ise resale karna chahta hu , to registry transfer karne me koi dikkat ayegi kya ab ? Mera flat Gaur City k 14 th avenue me hain.
Sir house tax ke basis par registry ho sakti hai? Humko jinse ghar lena hai unhone kisaan se registry nhi karayi thi 1999 mein lekin house tax unke hi naam par aataa hai.
