Rare videos by Bill Medley are so special! This song -" Brown Eyed Woman " should have had hit the top charts! Great song, and NO one can do this song better than Bill! He has such an UNUSUAL voice, so RARE , so beautiful! NO wander why he made fame , he deserves the Golden Hall of Fame, and Bobby Hatfield , his partner! Medley, Bill is remarkable!

Should have been #1 imho, it's not just his voice which is phenomenal, it's his delivery. Some of the greatest singers in the world can't sing with that kind of soul, you either have it or you don't. Bill's got it.

Was actually stupid not to play in the south. This song should have been in the top 10. He and Bobby Hatfield are incredible singers. Glad there in the Hall of Fame. To understand this videoclip, you have to know something about the TV show PLAYBOY AFTER DARK, which ran in the late 1960's. Hosted by Playboy magazine magnate Hugh Hefner, the show tried to create the illusion of a hip party taking place... and YOU were invited. Beautiful people of every color and persuasion danced (rather self-consciously), including numerous Playboy Playmates. The action was supposed to look spontaneous, yet every moment of it was planned out and choreographed... so it had a very strange, glacial, posed quality... as you see here.
