Crazy how different versions can make you feel different emotions. Sped up is a vibe, makes you think that tomorrow is always better and to live your life. Whereas the slowed version makes you reminisce about the better times. Truly a magnificent song

I honestly am with you. 4th grade was the best year of my childhood. Picture; small town in Indiana, cold winters, a lake in the center where a ton of mosquitos were, and all the houses in circles. I met a lot of my buddies there. We all went to the same school because it was probably about 5-10 minutes away and SUPER close. I met this girl who had 3 sisters who were all pretty bad influences on me, but I loved them and they loved me. We rode our bikes together, hung out after school, climbed trees in her backyard, bonded, played a ton of Animal Crossing (New Horizons had come out around that time), and dude…it was one of the best parts. I moved after 5th grade, and at that point me and her family didn’t exactly like each other (again, different influences on each other and many…adventures), so it was a bit sad to go because I loved the memories we had, and it felt like leaving them all behind. And dude, I still miss those days. It’s important we have those memories and the times that we remember laughing so hard with people that we genuinely cared about, not just being “friends” with someone just because we don’t have anywhere else to go. Life is a beautiful thing, I guess it just depends on how you view it. Anyways, thanks for reading all this if you did.
