Your thumb (and left hand) moves down chromatically playing every white and black key from C, down to G.
For the main pattern, play the Eb with each of these notes (C-G), and then play the high G after each of them by itself.
When you have your thumb on the C and A you play as a chord rather than the main pattern.

Haha, thats easy for piano. Search 3rd movement of moonlight sonata, flight of the bummblebee, hungarian rhapsody. But i prefeer bohemian Rhapsody at all.
