Thank you for taking out the 'intimidation' of cooking for Thanksgiving. Still a lot of work, but you sure break it down to make even the most green of cooks to feel like they can tackle their Holiday hosting!
This looks great, but we decided to go rouge this year; doing up a brisket and making tacos & gorditas. That said, might have to do up a couple of these sides to go along with it!
Just noticed you have a Smokin Brothers pellet smoker. I've been eyeing these for a little over a year now, but I can't find any helpful review videos. Do you think you could make one? I live in Kansas City and these smokers are built just a few hours from me. I would love to support a local to me company, I just need more knowledge.
I would, but the value just isn’t in it for us. The people looking to purchase those are a very small group in an already small niche. It’s a great smoker though! We do have ignition issues, and besides the weird hopper in the front that’s my only real complaint. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to get it to ignite.
I love this! I've been thinking about Thanksgiving since Halloween. I think I've got the workflow worked out and hopefully I can say "I love it when a plan comes together!" 🤣
That turkey looks great for running at 225. I have only tried 275 in the past. What are your observations on different smoking temps for whole turkeys?
@@Heygrillhey hi one more question. Did you wash your bird before brining? Or just take out of package and put directly into container and add water and brine?
You are so amazing! Those of us who are just home cooks are truly inspired by what you do. Thanks so much Stan.

Most people now forget Thanksgiving but I will always take time to enjoy Thanksgiving and Christmas. All that food looks absolutely amazing
Lot more organized and time conscious than I will ever be. The turkey is my Thang!
Suzy… why not a smoked Mac n cheese. I’m a buy the Turkey brine for a 3rd year in a row since it’s so flavorful. Should we inject Turkey
Turkey and sides look amazing

Ebby I did this last year and now it's a new thing.
That turkey looks perfect. Great job.
Looks amazing Susie! At first I was a little surprised about that cranberry jalapeño relish, but now I can't stop thinking about it!
I'm on deck for the family turkey this year, so using the kit!
You're a Thanksgiving BBQ hero! 😅 Very inspiring to BBQ Thanksgiving dinner.
What a great looking meal !!!
AWESOME!!!
NAILED IT!
That looks amazing!!
You deserve a cocktail we two…

Omg that is one great looking meal. I'm ready for an invite to dinner

The higher the temp, the better the skin!!
That looks really great! Well done😀👍
Which thermoworks thermometer are you using?
Thermapen ONE
What pellet grill is that?
Smokin’ Brothers!
WOW, what a meal. It has inspired me to do the same. However, you forgot the jello, carrot jello and marshmallow fluff jello.
You did rinse your brine . Isn’t the turkey going to be salty ?
You are the best
BACON WRAPPED CARROTS!!! Are you mad!!! Gonna try it!
I'm going to smoke a spatchcock turkey and a brisket for Thanksgiving this year...
Hey Girl Hey Super Hero!!!
What about underneath the turkey? I only see you put seasoning on top?
Season all sides!!
@@Heygrillheyone more question. Sorry. How long did you let your Turkey thaw before using it? You were able to cut and break it perry easy.
It depends on how large your turkey is. 12-15lbs take 3-4 days, 15-20 around 5 days, and 20-24 6 days or so.
@@Heygrillhey hi one more question. Did you wash your bird before brining? Or just take out of package and put directly into container and add water and brine?
So, you don't need to rinse the brine off?
Smoking in the house😅
Forget smoking a turkey. DEEP FRY TURKEY. Do a deep fry vs smoke turkey. A see which one is better. I know which is better. DEEP FRY BABY
I have! Deep fried turkeys are amazing, but I prefer spatchcock!
Not sue if anyone else mentioned this, but what happened to the turkey and sweet potatoes when you put the Brie in the smoker?😂
It’s a different smoker! The other one was full so we rolled it off to the side and started up a different one.
@@Heygrillhey I kinda thought that was what you did. 😂🤣
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
You are gonna let that Turkey rest aren't you?
You had me until brussel sprouts 😅
What!? Brussel sprouts are where it's at
The audio on this video didnt turn out well.
Thanks for watching!
