I see these being more aimed at simple solo entertainers; one mic, one guitar, a bit of reverb and you're good to go for small gigs; not so much for electric guitar, although it obviously copes with these. I agree about toughness. Laney equipment really is very well built.
I can't see why not. It took my pedals quite well and some of those were polyphonic so able to take in varied signals and process them correctly for the effects that are then played out through the amp.
@@stevegroves I was going to test it anyway, but the fact that this amp can reproduce an electric guitar, a microphone and another instrument like a synthesizer or electric drums is very surprising, if you also know the price of this amp thank you for answer! I want to believe that this device will do a great job with all my heavy metal/solo presets😂😂
@@stasinlawlusiuk55 A guy further down in the comments bought one for his daughter as can take mics, keyboards and guitars. Second hand these are quite cheap around the £80 mark depending on condition and seller.
Hi, im thinking of buying one of these for my daughter, £80 looks in good condition. She wants something she could run her guitar, keyboard and mic through. Being a complete amateur, will this work and would she need a head unit or anything?
Hi Thanks for commenting. Yes it should do all that she asks. Guessing the guitar is an electric and not acoustic? You could plug in an acoustic guitar if it has a piezo or other form of pick up in it, or you could play acoustic using a mic. Hope that makes sense? basically though its a 3 channel amp so should do it for her.
@@stevegroves thanks Steve. Yes sorry, she has an electric guitar and a bass. Problem with your children learning new hobbies....you have to learn about them too!
Won't need a head unit. Head units have multiple inputs but also need a speaker cab. Another way is using a small cheap mixer that will take Mic and also keyboards and guitars and this gets plugged into any guitar amp. Levels are set using the mixer. The Laney AH100 should do the job though, albeit with slightly less tone adjustment on the channels.
The fungtion of D.I female jack ??

They seem great for what they are designed to do with no thrills, just well built kit.
I'm thinking of buying one, but will this amp work correctly with a guitar effects processor? In your opinion?
ofc its about electric guitar and distortion as well😂
